Windward is nestled along a ridge about 2 miles just northwest of the town of Harbor Springs. It is comprised of a variety of homes, condominiums, and 330 acres of wooded land. 

There are seven condominium buildings on the property, with a total of 43 units that have fabulous views of Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan.

The view is one big reason Windward is such a desirable place to live. Whether you're up at the clubhouse, on a patio overlooking the expanse of Little Traverse Bay, or on our own lake, whether it's day or night, winter or summer, the view often takes your breath away and changes daily.
